is not responsible for fixing bugs in the MacApp source code or for making any product enhancements though we will occasionally do so for our own purposes. We would, however, be delighted to perform programming to resolve specific bugs or implement enhancements under separate arrangements. You are certainly welcome to engage the services of a contract software engineer to make bug fixes or implement enhancements.

The staff will occasionally (not less than once a month) perform a build of the MacApp framework and example applications and test those examples to ascertain the stability of the framework.

The staff retains the right, at their sole discretion, to roll back inappropriate changes checked in by a client. We also retain the right to terminate your subscription and refund a prorated portion of your subscription fee for any reason (such as termination of the business, inappropriate or damaging behavior, depression, lightning strikes, etc.).

Remember that MacApp remains the property of Apple Computer, Inc. and that any and all changes made to MacApp continue to belong to Apple. Your use of MacApp continues to be governed by the MacApp license agreement. does not guarantee the suitability of MacApp for any use.
