Setting Up Your Environment Once you have acquired MacCVS Pro customize it for your particular installation by performing the following: - Copy your session file, which should be attached to the e-mail message containing your subscription information, to where you want it on your hard disk.
- Create a local ClubMacApp folder into which the MacApp sources will go. Start with a clean directory. You don't want to overwrite any of your existing copies of MacApp; you can merge your changes later.
- Start up MacCVS Pro by double-clicking on your session file.
- Open the session settings dialog by selecting the "Edit:Session Settings..." menu item (command-T).
- Select "Checkout and Update Options" in the popup at the top of the dialog (if it is not already selected).
- Press the "Set" button within "Local Tree Directory" and then navigate to and choose the local ClubMacApp folder that you created.
- Close the settings dialog by pressing "OK".
